Recently, specially this year, we Getai singers actually had the privilege given by various Newspapers to have a 'Favorite Getai Singers Voting Session'. I really hope that if you are really someone who really like Getais, feel free to support any one of us ya!!
As the old saying goes, we really need audiences support badly.. Without you guys, we can never made our mark in this little entertainment line of ours.
YES!!! Though alot of people may not like our jobs and might look down on us, but i am happy to inform people out there that we are actually really working very hard in bringing Getai to the next higher level. But believe us, we are trying our best at all times..
There may be a lot of negative reports about Getai sometimes, but that may not be true...
The best way, believe in yourselves.. Only judges what u truly see sincerely...

Hi, Teresa. Forgot to comment yesterday. And feel it's not apt to post a comment on your latest post on your dad. Your dad would be 欣慰 to have a daughter like you and to know that BBJM is doing so very well.
Just to check if you could like update where BBJM'd be performing? Cause' the stomp website and waobao only highlight venue, host/s, band and special guests leh.
Tried my "luck", watching another 2 getais (which BBJM didn't perform at). Haiz... very sad =( Didn't stay till the last bit, left when I "realized" BBJM won't be showing up.
Had watched some 20 youtxxx clips on your performances and re-watched "十大天王天后". (Would watch the 陈樹承 shows again too) I must say I especially enjoyed the youtxxx clips and certainly look forward to seeing BBJM perform live.
Might go for the HH's 2010 show but it falls on a Sat and I've got other stuff. And anyway, while HH's quite shuai/chio when he cross-dresses and that he is also a great artiste in his own right, I don't fancy him leh.
I want to watch BBJM live. Apart from being chio (those who think otherwise got "stamp stuck in their eyes" =P), you two've got great 默契 and stage charisma. Can feel that BBJM really enjoy what you do and not 乱乱來. Espcially your sis. A lot of sei/"pattern" one. (Which I like) =)
Saw one comment on youtxxx who wrote something like: "I like these 2 sisters. 3 8 3 8 one." - I also like! 38万岁! =)

Tereeeeeesa, still kinda a bit sad lah. Haiz, tried my "luck" at a JW getai (only one I saw updated on stomp) last Friday. And obviously, BBJM didn't appear. (I wouldn't be upset, otherwise) Then hor, on Sat, was flipping through Fri wanbao and then, **晴天劈雳** you guys were hosts at CCK!! And I was all the while in JW!! I should just smash my head with tofu!! Why did I read Fri wanbao on Sat?? And why the schedule on stomp not comprehensive one??! 我是dui2到...
But what to do?? Lesson learnt. Today's papers to be read today, not tomorrow.
Anyway, was about to leave after the host was done introducing the last 2 singers. One of which is your "good sister", 林诗铃 and so I stayed. She is also a great singer/performer. Can really wiggle her body! And her outfit, cap... all so **bling bling** I was bedazzled! =P
Talking about LSL, reminds me of a youtxxx clip:

大38, on the extreme left, said to 斯文的诗铃(who's standing in the middle):"诗铃好!"
斯文的诗铃turned to 大38 in response: "宝贝姐妹好!"
大38: "你要看兩边!"
斯文的诗铃 neither turned nor said anything but was simply, in my opinion, immersed in the feel of the song (or maybe hor, she scared later forget lyrics very malu one! DON'T FORGET THE LYRICS!!)
小38,who had wanted to say something just as 大38 spoke for the second time, waited patiently for the latter to finish before she went: "兩个假客气!" while doing a very 38 hand movement.
=P Can sense the bond+friendship the 3 of you share. I'm happy for you. A song by Guns N' Roses sings: "when even friends seem out to harm you..." All the more it's so precious to find real friends, in the (complicated???) getai industry, in this screwed-up world...
Before I (FINALLY) end off, would like to say while I don't know you personally (well, I don't have to), I really hope that you and your world would stay happy and healthy forever =)

I am so pai seh that i did not manage to update earlier about where we will be hosting and stuffs.. But recently, we will not be singing getai for the next few days bah...
We have to sing at ntuc club on tues and wed..
Oh by the way, we will be hosting at jurong west block 200 plus plus there on this coming sunday...i heard is near jalan bahar that side one..
I think should be quite near your place ba...
Hmm... Hope the newspaper got write the actual address...
Getai boss normally like to tell me the address of the getai quite late de.. Makes me very difficult to update BBJM's schedule....
LSL and us has been really good friends like 6 years ago le.. been thru alot of shit together.. haha... We are each other shopping kakis too...

Take care, especially your voice. There was a singer (let's not mention names. Don't wanna get you into trouble, just in case...) whom I heard on stage last Fri and she was singing only her first song and her voice... hai... Initially, I thought maybe that's the style of her voice then I thought maybe sore throat/voice loss after singing for a month. Later, I concluded it's both lah =) (And not that it helped that she actually smokes but of course, it's no biz of mine. Smoking is not a sin/crime, anyway)
